App Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 08/01/2026
At Zmok Soft, we are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring the protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, utilize, disclose, and secure the information you provide to us when you use our applications (the "Applications"). By using our Applications, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect:
  1. Personal Information: Our Applications do not require an account and do not collect personal information on our side. If you contact us by email, we see the address you write from. If you choose to sign in with Google to back your data up (see "Backup to your own Google account" below), the Application receives your email address and name from Google and keeps them on your device only, to show which account is signed in.
  2. Usage Information: Usage Information: We collect none. Our Applications contain no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers. We do not collect your IP address, device identifiers, or any information about how you use the Applications.
  3. In-App Data: Whatever you enter yourself — notes, recordings, game results, health-related notes, reminders and settings — is stored locally on your device by the Application. It is not transmitted anywhere by default and we cannot see it.

How We Use Your Information:
  1. Provide Services: We utilize the information you provide to deliver the services you request through our Applications. This includes account management, customer support, and providing personalized features.
  2. Improve User Experience: We do not analyse your preferences or behaviour, because we do not receive that data. Improvements come from your direct feedback and from public Google Play reviews.
  3. Communications: We may use your contact information to send you important updates, notifications, and information related to the Applications. You can manage your communication preferences within the app settings.
  4. App Functionality: Certain applications may require access to specific data on your device to function properly. For instance, a photo editing app might need access to your device's photo library.

Disclosure of Information:
We do not sell, trade, rent or share your data with third parties. We use no analytics providers and no advertising networks, and we operate no servers that receive your data. The only data transfer that can happen is a backup into your own Google account, which you start yourself and which we cannot access.

Backup to your own Google account:
Some Applications can back your data up so you do not lose it when you change phones. This is always optional and always started by you.

If you tap "Sign in with Google" and grant access, the Application stores a backup in a hidden application folder inside your own Google Drive (the drive.appdata permission). The backup lives in your Google account, not with us. We have no access to that folder or to its contents, and the permission gives the Application no access to your other Google Drive files. Our games may store progress through Google Play Games in your own Google account in the same way.

Without signing in, the Applications work fully — only the backup is unavailable.

Deleting your data:
- Uninstalling an Application removes the data stored on your device.
- A Google Drive backup is removed in Google Drive: Settings → Manage apps → the Application → Delete hidden app data.
- You can revoke an Application's access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- For any other request, write to zmoksoft@gmail.com

Data Security:
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy:
The intended audience of each Application is stated on its Google Play listing; some are available to children and some are rated for adults only. Applications available to children contain no advertising, no analytics and no third-party trackers, and collect no personal information. Where an Application offers an optional Google sign-in — used solely to back data up to the user's own Google Drive — it is intended to be performed by a parent or guardian.

Health-related notes:
Applications that let you keep health-related notes (for example Dently, a personal dental diary) are diaries you keep for yourself. They are not medical devices, they make no diagnoses, give no medical advice and do not replace a consultation with a doctor.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will provide notice of significant updates within the Applications and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.

Contact Us:
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or the handling of your personal information within our Applications, please contact us at zmoksoft@gmail.com.
By using our Applications, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
